Principal Officer, Digital Strategy and Delivery

Digital Strategy and Delivery Unit has overall responsibility for the development of the Department's Digital strategy, and for the delivery of the actions within the strategy. It maintains, manages and develops the Department's digital infrastructure and develops digital solutions to meet the Department’s business needs as well as planning and overseeing the research, evaluation and integration of new technology and software applications and training. The unit has a key role in engagement with users of digital systems. The unit has responsibility for Digital and ICT Governance and for compliance with relevant circulars and regulations and for digital engagement with agencies and other Departments.
