Principal Officer, Parenting Support Policy Unit

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for the cross government co-ordination of policy direction, activity and performance relating to parenting support and related family support initiatives; development of policy on kinship care; leading key cross-government initiatives for children including the What Works initiative promoting prevention and early intervention approaches; Children and Young People's Services Committees (CYPSCs); Family Resource Centres; Children’s Fund, Home Visiting.
