Principal Officer, Relocations and Critical Incidents

Responsible at Principal Officer level for Ukrainian Relocations and Critical Incidents. Oversight of onward transfers when required (compliance, contract ending, emergency) as well as bespoke/complex case accommodation sourcing for exceptional cases. Ongoing accommodation capacity and data management assisting wider Divisional knowledge base.

Management of critical incidents in accommodation settings to ensure appropriate and timely notification and response from State Agencies as required.
