Responsibility at Principal Officer level for analysis of the level and nature of supply and demand for Early Learning and Care and School Age Childcare and developing policy responses to addressing misalignment of supply and demand, including through the administration of capital programmes and planning for the acquisition of State-owned early learning and childcare facilities.
