Principal Officer, Ukraine Coordination and Outreach

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for Ukraine Strategy and Stakeholder Management Unit. Including

• Oversight of development and work of a new Ukraine Programme Management Office
• Oversight of policy development and implementation, with a priority of the time bound accommodation policy
• Oversight of issuing contracts, contracts renewal and termination; contracts policy development; and advancing contracts to the P2P technology solution.
• Oversight of the Ticketing system
• Coordination of the work of the Division and Director of the Situation Centre
• Strategic HR for Ukraine Division
• Stakeholder management and external engagement including at international level
• Oversight of Compliance function

Oversight of Departments involvement with pledge programme, Accommodation Recognition Programme and engagement with Irish Red Cross and implementing partners
