Senior Statistician, Data and Analytics Unit (Seconded to the Department of Children, Disability and Equality)

Responsibility at Principal Office level (Head of Data and Analytics, DCDE Senior Statistician) for the provision of data, analytical and statistical support, and advice across DCDE, including the provision and management of data and indicators relevant to DCDE, survey support and capacity modelling. Current cross-departmental work involves promoting the benefits of using Geographical Information Systems mappings and dashboards to help to make evidence informed decisions. This includes responsibility for representing the Department at national and international level on data, statistical and analytical initiatives.
