Karen Whitlow

Karen Whitlow is the Principal Officer leading the Organisational Design Section at the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment. 

She is responsible for a number of key corporate functions including the development and implementation of strategies, plans and policies to enhance organisational effectiveness in the achievement of the department's strategic objectives. The section provides oversight, advice and support to the department in relation to organisation design and development including change management and business process management.
