Niall McLoughlin is responsible for the development of the current and future iterations of Ireland's circular economy and supporting policy coherence across government. He works closely with the Environmental Protection Agency EPA in circular economy programme delivery and with Regional Waste Management Planning Offices in the design and implementation of National Waste Management Plan for a Circular Economy. He is responsible for promoting Buying Greener: Green Public Procurement Strategy and Action Plan 2024-2027, and developing the national communications platform CIRCULÉIRE.
