Prospecting Licence Notices

The Geoscience Regulation Office publish notices in local newspapers to inform the public where a Prospecting Licence is about to be granted or renewed. These notices also include appropriate assessment determinations made in relation to the environmental effect of the activity.

You can make a submission within 30 days from publication of the notice. A notice or a file reference may contain one or multiple Prospecting Licence Areas (PLA).
