September 2025 Sustainable Development Goals National Stakeholder Forum

A meeting of the National Stakeholder Forum took place on Tuesday, 9 September 2025 online and in Croke Park, focusing on the development of the new National Implementation Plan for the SDGs.

The Forum was intended to begin a broad and inclusive dialogue on potential inputs for the new Plan and formed one of the consultation phases for its development. Delegates attending the forum were asked to discuss areas of current progress and challenges in current SDG implementation, as well as priorities and recommendations for key priorities, goals and ambitions in the new Plan.

The outputs from the breakout sessions will be shared with stakeholders and policy makers. The Forum was a hybrid event and held in-person at Croke Park, Dublin and streamed online using Vimeo. Online participation was facilitated through Slido.
