Director, Geological Survey Ireland

The Director of Geological Survey Ireland has responsibility for provision of data, maps, information, advice and partnering in a range of areas. They support policy development by the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment (DCEE) in the Geoscience Policy Section, offshore renewable energy (ORE) and research and other departments such as the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) in areas of water and construction materials/aggregates.
