The Principal Officer, Marine Planning Legislation Section has responsibility for the preparation and enactment of primary amendments and regulations to give full effect to the Maritime Area Planning (MAP) Act and provide legislative support to all departments/sectors in relation to the marine area to ensure a robust marine planning regime.
