Consultation Process for Statement of Strategy 2025 - 2028

Closing Date: 5pm, 9 July 2025

The Department of Culture, Communications and Sport is currently preparing its Statement of Strategy for the three-year period from 2025 to 2028.

Context

The Statement of Strategy sets out the Department’s goals and objectives key to delivering on this mission for the upcoming period, along with the strategies to achieve them. The 2024-25 Statement of Strategy for the Department’s previous configuration is available here, while the 2024-25 Statement of Strategy for the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications which incorporated the Communications function under Strategic Goal #4 is available here.

Submissions

As part this process we are consulting with stakeholders and inviting observations in relation to strategic issues to be considered in the preparation of the Statement of Strategy. In order to allow full consideration of inputs received please email your submission to strategy@ccs.gov.ie before 5pm, 9 July 2025.
