Information Request to Agencies re Capital Projects

In order to provide assurance around public financial management and value-for-money, the Secretary General wrote to thirteen bodies under the aegis of the Department seeking information in respect of capital projects with a value of over €500,000, projects which were abandoned or have materially failed to deliver on their objectives and any other issues of concern in this regard. All agencies have responded to the request and this report sets out the position.
