The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) is responsible for the regulation of the electronic communications sector (telecommunications, radio communications, broadcasting transmission and premium rate services) and the postal sector.

Their role is to advise and protect customers. If you are having a problem with your provider, they can provide advice and resolve complaints.
