The purpose of this circular is to advise on implementing the regulations and procedures regarding the Paternity Leave arrangements for all eligible staff other than persons employed as teachers/special needs assistants (SNAs) employed in ETBs whose posts are wholly funded by monies provided by the Oireachtas.
