To the Chief Executive of each Education and Training Board. The purpose of this circular is convey sanction for the payment of €675.00 in respect of a tool allowance for the period 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019. This sanction applies to State Industrial Craft Workers, Craft Chargehands and Craft Foreman recruited on or before the 31st January, 2012.
