Out-of-school Subjects and Out-of-school Learners Initial Information Form

In order to access Accredited Grades in Leaving Certificate 2021:

  • Students studying subjects entirely out-of-school are required to provide certain information to their school principal as soon as possible.
  • Out-of-school learners are also required to provide certain information to the principal/coordinator of their host school/centre as soon as possible. [Out-of-school learners must find a host school or host centre of learning, recognised by the SEC for the purpose of holding examinations. The host school/centre will be the school, or centre of learning, where you have arranged to sit the written examinations in June.]

To facilitate the sharing of information, both students studying subjects out-of-school and out-of-school learners will need to complete the Initial Information Form which can be downloaded below.

The Initial Information Form should be submitted in hard copy, or electronically, to the relevant principal/coordinator no later than Thursday 22 April.
