The Arts and Culture in Education Research Repository for Ireland (ACERR)

The Arts and Culture in Education Research Repository (ACERR) is an association of institutions committed to upholding the principles of the Arts in Education Charter, promoting Arts Education and Arts in Education Research.

The ACERR is a member of Digital Repository of Ireland. Chaired by a Steering Group representing over 10 cultural and educational institutions including the Department of Education and Youth, the ACERR intends to facilitate long-term preservation and publication of arts in education content from a broad range of backgrounds.

The ACERR facilitates data in a range of mediums, including video and images, helping researchers to convey and demonstrate their findings to the public who have free access to the repository. The ACERRwas developed as part of the Creative Ireland Programme with support from the Dormant Accounts Funds. Press release from launch time (2019) ACERR Launch.
