Energy in Education

Energy in Education offers a range of supports to help schools, pupils and parents to:

• improve energy use
• reduce operating costs
• protect the environment

These supports include guides, workbooks, training courses and an advice, mentoring and assessment service for schools.

The Energy in Education website offers a range of factsheets on topics including lighting, heating and IT as well as videos and online energy management tools.

There is also information about involving pupils and the wider community in the process of energy management and a section for schools boards of management, designers and contractors.
