“Mar a Déarfa” is a phonetics-based scheme that is being published with the support of COGG, Foras na Gaelige and the Department of Education and Skills. It provides a modern, attractive structured and progressive phonics scheme to support the teaching of oral, reading and writing skills in Irish-medium settings.
