Post Enactment Report: Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022

The post-enactment report serves as a review of the functioning of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 twelve months following enactment.

The Act’s primary purpose is to enhance and reform the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB). Under the commencement of phase 3 of the Act on 14 December 2023 PIAB is renamed as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board to reflect its new duties.
