SI No 181 of 2019 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (Agreement to Recognise) Order 2019

The purpose of this Order (as provided for in section 35(1) of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 (No 10 of 2005)) is to confer on the Health and Safety Authority the function to enter into agreements with persons or bodies involved in safety, health and welfare at work in regard to the recognition of matters related to the functions of the Health and Safety Authority.
