SI No 248 of 2011 Chemicals (Asbestos Articles) Regulations 2011

The purpose of these Regulations is to give effect to provisions laid down in relation to asbestos in entry number 6 Annex XVII to the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), as substituted by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 552/2009 of 22 June 2009.
