Amending for the third time the European Communities (Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 349 of 2011) to give effect to the Transposition of Directive 2014/103/EU and the 2015 ADR.
