SI No 35 of 2016 Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Goods Undertakings) Regulations 2016

The regulations govern certain practices in the commercial relationship between suppliers and retailers/wholesalers relating to the supply of food and drink and sets out the compliance requirements on retailers/wholesalers in that regard.
