SI No 370 of 2016 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2016

The Regulations set out the statutory responsibilities on employers in respect of the reporting of accidents and dangerous occurrences that occur at workplaces to the Health and Safety Authority.

The new Regulations will come into effect from 1 November 2016.
