These Regulations amend the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 (SI No 291 of 2013) (as previously amended) to gradually bring to an end the provision extending the period of validity for safety awareness cards facilitated by SI No 102 of 2020 and return the period of validity to four years from the date of issue.
