SI No 136 of 2018 European Union (Personal Protective Equipment) Regulations 2018

These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and the Council personal protective equipment and give further effect to the Regulation (EC) 765/2008 setting out the requirements for accreditation and market surveillance relating to the marketing of products.
The Regulations came into effect from 21 April 2018.
