Scline is Assistant Secretary General with responsibility for the Department’s Corporate Services Division.
Within the Department, Scline has worked in Central Budget Office and Credit Union Policy. She spent 10 years in the Department of Justice and was also Registrar of the Valuation Tribunal.
She holds a M.Econ.Sc (Policy Analysis), a BA (Business Studies and Accountancy) and qualifications in Public Sector Economics, Project Management and Human Resource Management Practices.
