Tánaiste and Minister for Finance Simon Harris has congratulated his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Pierrakakis following his election as the new President of the Eurogroup.
Speaking in Brussels, the Tánaiste said:
“I want to sincerely congratulate Kyriakos Pierrakakis on his election as President of the Eurogroup.
“I was delighted to host the Minister in Dublin last Monday and I very much look forward to working with him in driving forward the common strategic agenda of the Eurozone that will focus on real delivery for our people.”
