Political Party Costings 2026

Ahead of each Budget and General Election, the services of the Department of Finance and the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation are offered, on a confidential basis, to cost proposals for political parties. The Guidelines on Costing Political Party Proposals indicate that both Departments publish any costings that they supply after the enactment of the Finance Bill or formation of Government.
