Tánaiste confirms €5 million in additional funding for Lebanon

I spoke today (Thursday) at President Macron and Foreign Minister Barrot's conference on Lebanon in Paris.

Targeting UNIFIL peacekeepers is a serious violation of International Law.

We need massive humanitarian assistance and an immediate ceasefire.

On behalf of Ireland, I today increased our pledge to an additional €5m in aid.
