DFAT - HSE Data Sharing Agreement for Emergency Travel Certificates (ETCs)

Data Sharing Agreement between the of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Health Service Executive (HSE), pursuant to the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019, for the purpose of pproviding the signed undertaking, received by the DFAT in the course of an Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC) application, to the HSE to assist it in the provision of healthcare services that may be required by children born through international surrogacy once they arrive in Ireland.
