Requirements: I am seeking information in relation to the functionality that the Irish Passport Office intends to use to enable Irish Passport Holders to apply for the New Passport Card via Mobile Phone/Tablet and Online Application Systems. I understand that this functionality request was part of a two stage tender process. Stage 1 was an Expression of Interest Notice and Stage 2 was to provide a more detailed requirement. This Expression of Interest Notice is for Passport Booklets, it states in section 1.4, that a more detailed document outlining the requirements will be published on the e-tender website in due course. I checked the e-tender website and was unable to find this detailed document.

I am seeking the details from this Stage 2 detailed document which were used to describe the functionality which I have outlined above, including the date that these details were distributed to the companies who were qualified to proceed to Stage 2 of your tender process. I am seeking information regarding the number of companies who qualified to proceed to Stage 2. I am seeking the details for when the Contract Award Notice for this tender and its details were published on the e-tender website.
