Gender Pay Gap Report 2024

Overall, our Gender Pay Gap shows a small reduction in mean terms over the last year to 11.67%.

While this is our third report under the Gender Pay Gap Information Act, we have been taking steps to improve our gender representation at every level for many years. We are guided on this by our Gender, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Action Plan 2022-2025, which is embedded in our HR Strategy 2023-2027. We have set ourselves ambitious goals for gender equality in this context, many of which have been achieved.
