The new Ireland-Scotland Bilateral Cooperation Framework 2030 provides a high-level, action-oriented and forward-looking basis for cooperation between the Governments of Ireland and Scotland up to 2030. The new framework includes a strong focus on areas including renewable energy, research and innovation, trade, sustainability, culture and languages.
