Terms of Reference
A forum consisting of the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, the Higher Education Authority and the Irish Universities Association to consider human-resource and pay-related issues in the third level university sector.
Meetings of the University "HR Toolkit" Working Group are held at least twice a year or as required.
