Gender Pay Gap Report 2023 - Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science

This is the Department’s second Gender Pay Gap report and is based on a ‘snapshot’ of employees within the Department on June 23rd 2023.

The Department has a focus on ensuring that there is balanced representation of men and women, in particular at senior grades, and to ensure that we are an employer of choice offering family friendly work practices, where possible.

This report will not contain figures or metrics for any Aegis bodies, Education Training Boards or other agencies associated with the Department, who will publish their own report, where required.
