Appointment of Ms. Eleanor O'Neill to the Board of Children's Health Ireland November 2020

The Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly T.D. has appointed Ms. Eleanor O’Neill to the Board of Children’s Health Ireland from the 16th November 2020 to the 3rd December 2023 on her nomination by Children’s Health Ireland following a public campaign for the position.

Ms O’Neill is a highly experienced Senior Executive and Board Member with an outstanding track record of success leading all aspects of Business Transformation whilst working for a number of multi-national organisations in the Technology Sector. Areas of expertise include, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives at Board Level, mergers and acquisitions, executive leadership as well as Corporate Governance and Compliance. An excellent communicator who builds strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business and a Change Management specialist who has consistently provided expert guidance and insight to organisations as both an Executive and Non-Executive member of a number of Boards.
