On the nomination of the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, the Minister for Health, Stephen Donnelly TD, has appointed the following person as a member of the Occupational Therapists Registration Board from 27 August 2021 to 13 February 2023:

Dr Michael Bergin

Dr Bergin, is Head of the Department of Law & Criminal Justice, School of Humanities, Waterford Institute of Technology. He is a registered psychiatric and general nurse and has held several senior clinical and management positions within the mental health services in Ireland.
