Appointments to the Board of Children’s Health Ireland:

Following a publicjobs campaign, the Minister for Health, Jennifer Carroll MacNeill TD, has appointed the following as members of the board of Children’s Health Ireland.
Mr Jim Frawley
Mr Jim Frawley was appointed to the board on 6th March 2025. Mr Frawley is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants and a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors. Jim has private sector large company board experience with Amgen and Viatris. He also served on the board of The Rotunda Hospital.
Jim Frawley is appointed following a publicjobs campaign with effect from 6 March 2025 until 5 March 2029.
Mr Joe Quinn
Joe is an experienced finance and consulting leader with more than 20 years of strategic, operational and delivery leadership experience supporting the delivery of large-scale transformation programmes. He has extensive experience of strategy development and execution, business transformation, change management, corporate governance and risk management. Joe is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an experienced non-executive director having served on the boards at Dublin Bus, OXFAM and MSF. Joe joined the CHI board on the 6th March 2025.
Joe Quinn is appointed following a publicjobs campaign with effect from 6 March 2025 until 3 December 2027.
