Patient Safety Bill

The Patient Safety (Notifiable Patient Safety Incidents) Bill 2019 is a draft piece of legislation which was approved by Government on 3 December 2019.

Publication of the Bill, as approved by Government, is the initial step taken before a Bill is introduced into the Houses of the Oireachtas to go through the process of becoming law.
