Report to the Minister for Health on an Evaluation and Analysis of Returns for 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 including advice on Risk Equalisation Credits (Redacted)

The Minister for Health requested that the Health Insurance Authority provide a Report to the Minister under Section 7E of the Health Insurance Act 1994. The Report includes:

• An Evaluation and Analysis of Returns for the period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020,
• Such matters concerning the carrying on of health insurance business that the Authority considers ought to be brought to the attention of the Minister,
• The Authority’s conclusions in relation to what risk equalisation credits and stamp duty would be appropriate having had regard to the criteria set out in Section 7E(1)(b) of the Act
