Principal Officer, Clinical Indemnity

Responsibility at Principal level for policy relating to clinical and health-related general indemnity issues, and management of a range of associated issues; leading on the work of the “Interdepartmental Group on the Rising Cost of Health-Related Claims”; oversight and management of the Department’s obligations regarding the CervicalCheck Tribunal and Restoration of Trust Meeting Process; oversight and management of the Department’s obligations in relation to Thalidomide survivors.
