Principal Officer, Capital/Infrastructure

Responsibility at PO level for the Capital/Infrastructure Unit in DOH. This includes: lead Capital/Infrastructure Unit work in strategic approach to infrastructure planning and delivery (development and implementation of SHIF, capital planning in line with Statement of Intent), input and engagement on the National Development Plan and Estimates process as it relates to capital, development of Department and sector approach to implementation of IGs (non-major projects) and delivery of capital infrastructure, oversight of vote management and performance in the Capital area (excel ICT), supporting Ministers and DoH in the discharge of parliamentary functions in the Capital/Infrastructure area.
