Responsibility at Principal Officer level for development and delivery of annual Capital Plans.

Oversight of the Health capital Vote, including input and engagement on the Estimates process as it relates to capital.

Lead on Department of Health/HSE capital infrastructure performance management process.

Input to strategic infrastructure planning and policy development.

Oversight of parliamentary business processes and briefing on capital projects and plans.
