Responsible for the development of Digital Health policy and the national Digital Health agenda with specific focus on enabling delivery of integrated care under the Slaintecare reform agenda through the implementation of electronic health records, health identifiers, ePharmacy and other strategic eHealth initiatives; Responsible for performance oversight of the HSE Technology & Transformation Division and sanction of projects funded through ICT capital in accordance with DPENDR Circular 14/2021 ; At international level, represents the department on the EU eHealth Network, the Global Digital Health Partnership and SNOMED General Assembly.
