Principal Officer, Performance Management

Responsibility at Principal level for improving and strengthening service planning through the coordination of the Department’s input into the HSE’s Corporate Plan and Annual National Service Plan, implementing performance oversight of the HSE through the operation of the Department’s Performance Engagement Model, and supporting more structured, strategic and collaborative dialogue both within the Department and between the Department and the HSE, including through the implementation of the Health System Performance Assessment Framework.
