Principal Officer, Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, Trauma and Critical Care Policy

Responsibility at Principal Officer level for: National Trauma Policy including oversight of the implementation of the National Trauma Strategy and liaison with the HSE National Trauma Office; oversight of the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Critical Care; Oversight of acute hospitals in the HSE Dublin and South East and South West Health Regions; Policy on Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, including Aeromedical Services; Performance oversight of Pre-Hospital Emergency Care, including liaison with the HSE National Ambulance Service (NAS) on the implementation of the NAS Strategic Plan; Governance oversight of the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council.
